I have to say that our side of the bracket, IMO, is the most difficult. We get a team we swept or a dangerous Toledo team with a solid big man and a lights out scorer out of the gate. Then there's Buffalo sitting there staring down Kent or, as we know, a dangerous CMU team with a guy who has struggled as of late but will absolutely LOVE the bright lights of the Q. If we get to the finals we will surely be battle-tested. That's why it's called March Madness.

Better the 2 than 3 seed.

I'd almost rather play Akron in semis than Buffalo. However, have to win Thursday night to even have that discussion and that game will be a handful. Amazing, how Akron can avoid OHIO, Buffalo and Kent until the finals. Truly pays to be the #1 seed....easy path to the finals. Or at least....it should be. Still gotta play Zippy. #BleedGreen

On the flip-side, WMU might be the hottest team in the MAC right now. They have won 8 straight games by an average margin of 12 points a game. They are on Akron's side.

It's the Mac tournament. It's going to be three tough games no matter what. Blowouts are rare in Cleveland. The toughest team will survive.

Agree, as usual, with DFC. Generally, we have to win each game we play no matter what.

This may be the widest open the MAC tournament has been. Usually there's a couple teams that stand out, but seems like any team down to at least #5 WMU have a shot.

I wouldn't be surprised to see WMU/Buffalo final. But hoping Kent can pull upset over Buffalo.

Fortunately, we don't have to beat them all, just two of them. There will some surprises/upsets this year, hopefully we'll be pleasantly surprised.

Main thing is for the team and fans to go to Cleveland and have a good time. I'm like some of yall, I look at the matchups, etc, but agonizing about all that takes some of the fun out of it.

The seedings are a little crazy. Toledo #7? They are definitely better than the 7th best team in this league.

I think it goes deeper than #5. I can see everybody but Miami and BG with the potential of making a run.

Dont like seeing Toledo on our side, Taylor and Williams are very bad matches for us.
