I didn't see either of those games. Outstanding performance by Oakland. I watched Monmouth lose to Ole Miss at home. Tough way for that bunch to end the year.

Oh yes, but Clemson definitely deserved to be in the discussion for the NCAA bubble about a week or two ago. Yup.

Colorado State (4 seed) and Illinois (2 seed) were the only home teams / higher seeds to win last night. In addition to #2 Clemson falling, #1 Cal was "upset" by CSU-Bakersfield in the late game. Interesting that all three 6 seeds beat the 3 seeds last night.

I agree with you, but at the same time, it seems like every time I say this about a team, they prove me wrong. 'Cuse did, that's for sure. K-State did last night in Dayton. Vandy probably will too.

Their basketball team definitely brought "Clemsoning" back to life this year. That loss last night capped a season full of near misses and bad performances in spectacular fashion.

Not really. I think the teams at OU, Buffalo and Yale picked what are meaningful tournaments. :)
