100 right GoCat - It came from him, because he underestimated the response, so he had to take action to protect his reputation. The "Righteous Rat" thought that taking his little boy to the other team's coach and player like a father taking a misbehaving son to the neighbor's stoop would be enough because, as he said last night, "I handle things the way I handle them," he said. "I think I've handled this correctly, and moving forward, I will continue to handle it correctly. I don't need to satisfy what other people think I should do. I'm a teacher and a coach, bah, blah, blah," How dare you question me - you should genuflect in front of me.
But folks did question his handling of it, and should have. I do not like and do not agree with Stephen A Smith much, but he is 100% correct on this front: if this was Calipari or pretty much any other coach, we would be questioning HIS accountability, not just the players,
