Yeah, I got to agree. It is a basketball forum . But, that said, it is an OHIO basket forum and things that come here from other forums where basketball junkies find it interesting and timely are not welcome here at times..... I am probably the biggest offender here and get PMs for putting stuff up . A lot are thankful, happy to read and want to discuss an article in private off the board while others make no doubt that they do not appreciate NON OHIO info on this board. Should be simple IMHO to just not click on it but I have dialed back sharing things as it seems to ruffle some very vocal feathers and brings out others that just need something to spout about. Seems like a waste to have to create a special forum for folks to gather away from everyone else to feed their want to talk NON OHIO basket, foot, volley..... kind of cones down expansion of a fanbase that likes to come here and just talk without an unwritten set of rules. TCU move is a good read even if it is not related to OHIO....even with the JC connection.

My five cents is that if someone doesn't like reading about a broader basketball world than Ohio and the MAC, they can choose not to read. And someone else wants to share something that's interesting or thought provoking that's about another conference or team, I say share away. I've learned a ton from share's on this board that have nothing to do with Ohio Basketball. I appreciate those who have shared things like that.
