Really interesting
http://www.thepostathens.com/article/2017/03/ohio-bobcats...
Great story on "member schools" getting some back after all ....NCAA is a NON profit and needs to disburse to stay non profit *chuckle*.
Irony of all ironies
There are only five Mid-American Conference schools receiving less funds than Ohio. The MAC school receiving the largest allocation is Eastern Michigan. They offer 19 sports, while Ohio offers 15.

Sure but this amount equates to pennies on the dollar when it comes to the cost of scholarships.

Interesting. I would think that most schools would get the same amount, give or take. When Calipari is making 8M/year, that's FOR profit. EMU doesn't outdraw the wives watching a YMCA league game.

The NCAA is a member school organization/governing body. It is a non profit just like the OHSAA is a non profit member school org.
The article says it needs to be used for the athletes. Not for capital projects or staffs or .......
