Watching that game i was amazed at the level of play . I don't care if it is the NIT or CIT or CBI the games I have been able to watch have been a high level of competitiveness. Ft Wayne playing tonite. After beating Indiana they have been working to win the CIT. We put the other tourneys down but they are really good entertainment.

With a total enrollment of 35,000... don't let anybody call UTA "little."

Florida Atlantic and Georgia State are also over 30K in total enrollment. (but watch how many people will call them "small" schools)

watching the UCF Illini game I think I was as astounded as the announcers were at UCF's ability to fill a 10K seat arena for an NIT game and the numbers of undegrads 63K.

Dawkins is building and awakening a sleeping giant.

Fasinating where the next big thing is being built. 68 spots. Boy that competition for those that are not tied to winning a league championship is going to get pretty intense as time goes by.

Look at the schools UCF beat to get Tacko Fall...

Wake Forest
Georgetown
Florida State
Vandy
Purdue
GaTech
Florida
Stanford

I thought it was a typo when I saw he had signed with Central Florida

The ingredients are definitely there in Orlando to build a strong program.

But is it only a matter of time that Dawkins is hired away if they keep doing well?
