I highly recommend this option to anyone interested in seeing a game this season.

My teens sat in these seats recently and wound up spending THEIR OWN MONEY for more shirts and gear afterward. Like $100 worth.

Mom and i sat higher up. It was awesome to watch their joy all game.

Got Mo's seats for two of the Red Room Reunion crew a while back. They had a great time. Well worth it!

Dude--you coulda seen the magic of Keene from the front row with your feets on the court floor.

Why not bid on BG 2/18 or Buffalo 2/28 or Redhawk on 3/3 ?

There is no good reason to not pm me with your bid(s)!

What are first row seats like? Mine are near mid-court in The Convo apparently. (I'm not sure because I haven't had a chance to get in to use them.)

I did go to see OHIO play in the tournament in Las Vegas in 2010 in the arena (nice, about 10k seats, I think) attached to the Orleans casino. There I did sit in the first row on the sideline, right by the baseline, to see OHIO get beaten by Kansas the first night but beat Santa Clara the next night.

This was Tommy Freeman's last year (and the season before we went to the Sweet Sixteen against UNC). We got whupped about 98-41 by #6 Kansas. Tommy competed but got concussed as I recall, doubtless taking a charge.

But I write this because of the game the 2nd night after we beat Santa Clara. Kansas played Arizona and it was a bigtime basketball game. Arizona had Derrick Williams. Willims was a beast. Just awesome to see against top competition from the first row. (I thought sure he'd be a total star in the NBA but not so as the Cavs are about his 5th or 6th team...though I think he'll help 'em.)

But the point is that the action is really good, really good basketball viewing in the first row.

So, bid on BG 2/18 or Buffalo 2/28 or Miami 3/3.

pm me with your bid(s)

Free OHIO Attack Cat pint glasses for the first 1000 fans.

You really can't drink effectively without 'em.

I thought some of you might like a year end report on the financial and use aspect of my offer to sell my Bobcat Black seats for each home game during the season just ended.

There were 17 home games during the past season. My seats were purchased for about half of the games. The average price per seat was about $40, so $80 for both of my seats.

Of course, for some games there was vigorous bidding and the final selling price was higher. And, for some games, it was lower than $40 per seat.

$40 per seat for a first row seat at The Convo to see the Bobcats doesn't seem like a bad deal, right?

So, next year if you have any interest at all, put in a bid!

Thanks, Monroe

P.S. I have already donated half of all of the proceeds to The Bobcat Club and the other half to The School of Accountancy, Ohio University.

Thanks Monroe.

My teens saw a game from your seats and fell in love with Ohio and Ozone. Priceless.

I hope to be good for two games next season, one weekend for kids and one weekday for me and mrs obc2.
