.... that someone else received the Ohio Alumni email titled:

"3 weeks until the Charleston Gildan Classic"

When you open it, right on the top .... there is a basketball banner with Jaaron Simmons on it.

C'mon?!?!

Really!?!?!

SMFH.

Do you have coffee or hot chocolate? (Football concessions joke if you don't get it)

Just can't get out of OUr own way

When I saw the message I sent a reply and received one back:

It’s a good point, and one that I wish our marketing team had considered before using that photo. I will pass your message to their team and all of us in Advancement will work to be more thoughtful in the images that we use for athletic events in the future.

Just an FYI that some (many?) alumni may not take kindly to the use of the picture below for this event. As I’m sure you know, Mr. Simmons choose to leave his Bobcat Team for bluer pastures and there is feeling in the passionate fan base that he abandoned our beloved OHIO.
