Jared has paid his dues, I am glad he has been hired for this position.

I am interested to see how his ties to Australia, a hotbed of young talent, and the West help us with recruiting.

While I'd love to see that happen, I do have a question related to that: Wouldn't he need to have completed the grad degree prior to that move up?

Only if a master's degree is a minimum requirement for the position...
