Troy last year and Robert Morris this season. Bobcats won big against both.

Now Troy is 23-10, headed to the NCAA. Beat people bad in their conference tournament including a 19 point win over JMU.

Rob Mo is 26-8 and going the dance too. Finished the season with 10 straight wins.

Why is it (besides injury issues) we are falling behind teams we blew out?

Recruiting and player development.

RMU's leading scorer is Kam Woods. RMU is his 4th school in as many years. We're apparently against that. Alvaro Folgueiras, RMU's big, saw his his scoring average nearly triple and rebound average double from last season (freshman) to this season (sophomore). Sprinkle in a few D2 and JUCO transfers (another channel we're against) and you have a recipe for Horizon League champs.

Troy has a lot of returnees from last year who just seem to gel more and be superior to our talent. Given, we're 1-3 against the Sun Belt via challenge so far.
