If you want to talk about pressure, if we have a bad year in Saul's fourth year and his record drops further below his salary - 572 - there will be lots of pressure.
Would that pressure be more than, or equal to the pressure on Frank? I guess I don't see the "lots of pressure" thing yet for Saul if there isn't big pressure on Frank.
I would say more because of our past success in basketball, the expectations are much higher. No one is leaving basketball games at halftime.
That's a fair point, and I agree, far fewer leave basketball games early.
And, to be honest, even on the best day, far fewer attend basketball games in the first place.
Obviously part of that is capacity, the other is the number of games played at home - 16+ vs 7 typically.
And the other part is that most Americans prefer football to basketball. It's a much more watched sport on both the collegiate and the professional level. Just look at the audience ratings sometime. It has changed some in recent years, and the movement may be in the direction of basketball, but it has a long way to go.
