This is probably just as good as Ball State’s upset. They are out of the Horizon League, which is weaker than the MAC.

Loyola is in the Missouri Valley (MVC), which I'd say is usually on par with the MAC, though they just lost Wichita State, so who knows about how they'll be this year.

This is Florida's second loss in a row at home too. Lost to Florida State on Monday at home, and not just a loss, but a blowout. It would seem #5 isn't quite as good as that number.

Loving seeing the Ramblers on the comeback trail. Remember the many home-home series we had with them back in their glory days!

Maybe Jeff or Ted can elaborate, but didn't we beat Loyola out for one or two of our recruits?

Interesting article on the "fall" in status of the MVC.

Interesting to me that they're talking seriously about expansion and 20-game conference schedules.

Not sure what THIS is. Ireland's kids were NCAA Champs, that they beat Cincy, That their schedule had most of the names we still associate with hoops plus a swing through the MAC or that Ohio was on there home and away in one year.
