The three assists only is indicative of just how bad the Bobcats were playing that night. It is also indicative of how little appears to be accomplished in practice of late. If I were Saul, I think that I would just have this team merely working on the fundamentals of shooting, while just letting them scrimmage with one another to help them figure out their own chemistry. Is it possible that this team is being over coached at this particular time? Is it my imagination or has this team totally lost their sense of touch when it comes to getting the ball in the basket? In theory, two basketballs can pass through the hoop at the same time. On Tuesday, it looked as though Bowling Green had replaced the hoop on our end with one of those smaller hoops found at carnivals.

Kirk with 18 shot attempts and another 6 or so fouled shot attempts while having 0 assists is not a sustainable model. I like his fearless willingness to drive to the hoop but he has to learn to dish when the shot isn't there.

He passed the ball and we bricked shots. Let’s blame Kirk though, even though we have bricked shots all year.
