Let’s face it guys, the game is turning into just about what we thought it would be. They are just so much better than we are. It’s ridiculous. Then, as usual, our antics show up.
Borna, let’s face it… Like I have said all year. The college game has turned into a three-point game. You have to be able to make them and you have to be able to defend them. We can’t do either.

Boals deserves to be fired for 3 reasons:
1. He wasted Pavs and Kelly
2. He stuck with Sheldon
3. He allowed Hadaway to be the most overrated jerk in OUr history this side of Bean Willis.

Kind of what Groce preached when he got here. He focused on running teams off the 3 line and recruited shooters in guys lik Kellogg and Dartis. I have not looked at what his Akron teams are doing but I would suspect they are still defending the 3. He has had some pretty good shooting teams since getting back to the MAC.

That’s funny, wasn’t it just a week or so ago we were talking about the bobcats needed to slow the game down against the good guys. They can score 90 against crap teams, but they can’t beat good teams playing like that

Simmons is great if we can keep him. Kelly and Kuany have shown a lot of flashes. If Elliot can stay healthy, we just need a PG next year.

I'm embarrassed for Ohio basketball. I know it's unlikely but I really believe they need to fire Boals at the end of the season unless they make an improbable MAC Tournament run.

Those are two different things. Once you’ve recruited a roster that can’t shoot, you have to play the hand you’ve dealt yourself.

Correction: Those guys are and were both saints on the court compared to Denny Rusch. I actually had this confirmed recently talking to a guy who had played against Denny. Said he still had the scars to prove it.

This is frigging embarassing. At least we both will have new coaches next year. There is NO WAY Steele doesn't turn this into another major job. And we have a dude who was hot 8 years ago and because he dances and knows Gary Trent he gets free press. F that. In that case let's hire Curtis Simmons.

Miami is a very good team BUT Ohio is awful.
