hard to believe oscar tshiebway was in a g league game . i thought for sure he waould have been a first round pick and a starter .

The NBA doesn't value those guys anymore, Everyone has to be a stretch player now. The Jazz likes those functional players, Zach Edey also there, so he got some solid PT this year, but he's so good in the G it was laughable. He was averaging damn near 20-20.

Just looked it up, across three seasons... 16 points and 17 rebounds in 29 mins. Averages. Wild.

The G league is not a notch below the NBA - it is not even close. Many think of it as Triple A to MLB - it is Single A at best.

G-League game is completely different - play is more like an all-star game

Interesting that Preston got to do another baseball game ceremonial first pitch. The most recent was last week for the Columbus Clippers.
