It would have been a big win on Saturday to avoid a 40-loss season, but Miami beat us up badly 16-1.
The season ends with an 11-40 record, which is a drop off from 14-39 a year ago. Two year record for Rob Smith is now 25-79.
There was some improvement shown during this season, and the best players statistically this season will return next year. However, how much can we really expect as far as turnarounds go?
Is Smith's seat hot at all? I know it has only been two years, but winning 24% of your games just doesn't cut it. Not only that, but this team has been embarrassed by teams we should never lose to.

Someone on another thread talked of all the injuries this year. I would think that Schaus would look carefully at the circumstances and act accordingly. It is hard to believe how bad this team has been the last two years. I'm not close to the situation, but in the games that I saw last year in Carey, NC there were a lot of questionable coaching decisions. Input from non-parents who have seen the team would be welcome. Not questioning the desire of the players, just can't believe the results on the field.
