Ohio fought back from two runs down in the bottom of the ninth to even the series with B.G.! Big game tomorrow afternoon to take the series 2 of 3 !
Way to go Cats ! Oh baby, what a game !

That's great. Definitely would not want to lose the first two at home to BG. Now a good chance to win the series and stay above .500 in MAC play.

Unfortunately an 11-1 loss today to drop Ohio to .500 in the MAC with a difficult series next weekend at Kent State.

Disappointing series, but the Saturday game was fantastic and I was lucky enough to be in attendance. The crowd was a bit like a football game, great to start and didn't stick around. The Bobcats were making the better contact all game but couldn't grab (or hold on to) the lead...until the last inning.

can't help but be disappointed by this turn of events. Just when there was really looking like hope for this team, we come within an eyelash of being swept at home by a bad BG team.

At least we finally beat BG at some kind of major men's sport this academic year.

I'm with holding optimism until we start beating some real decent opponents. We've traded the bad Ohio schools for bad out of state schools in the preseason. We were so bad last year it's not hard to improve, but is that growth real?

'cats get win #20 for the year at Youngstown St. yesterday. We could have used some of our hits on Saturday against B.G.! 20 wins is improvement anyway you look at it ! Tough series this weekend with Can't State. Maybe we can go up there and surprise the Flashes. Go Cats !

CWS improvement? I don't believe so. Improvement to where we should not lose to Rio Grande...I do believe so.
