Nice start to the MAC season. Let's follow the turnaround of the women's BBall team.

Whoa.

Noticed that Cats are coming to Columbus in a few weeks to play little brother. Starting to get excited about that game.

CMU loaded the bases with 1 out in the bottom of the 9th with a double, an error on what would have been a strikeout and then a bunt single, but Cozart got a big strikeout and then a lineout to end the game.

I continued to be amazed by Cozart. 0.46 ERA with 32 K in 19 2/3? Damn. Could he start?

Cats off to a much better start! Any questions about the importance of an indoor facility ?
Let's get out to the "Wren" and support this team !

Cozart was the winning pitcher tonight in relief in the Bobcats' 11-8 victory against Marshall. He gave up just 1 hit with 3 strikeouts in 2 innings. He didn't pitch his freshman year (he hit .301) and started pitching instead as a sophomore. It seems like he's really got it figured out now.

I was aware he made the switch which could explain the late bloom. What kind of velocity does he have? Did he add a 3rd or 4th pitch? Wonder if he has the weapons to be stretched out a bit more.

Nice win last night despite the Terd not being very good. Only struck out 3 times and walked 6 - Love that trend this year more than anything else.

So maybe our coach isn't so bad after all.
