Any games going to be played this weekend ? Weather is really throwing a curve ball at Coach Smith and his team with temps in the negative numbers!
The new indoor practice facility has been a huge positive for Bobcat Baseball this winter/early spring. I sense a positive vibe and a focus as I watched an enthusiastic and up-tempo practice session the other day. The coaching staff has this group moving from one drill to another, working on all kinds of baseball fundamentals. It was interesting to see how all available space was utilized as the 'cats hustled through many offensive and defensive situations! The building has a netting system that allows multiple players to see live or mechanical pitching at the same time. This has got to be a huge plus for Bobcat Baseball going forward.
Now is the time for true Bobcat Baseball fans to get behind this program and help this group of players and coaches as they build a solid team we can all enjoy and support.
