I applaud the comedy, but the Reds know damn well that Cubs fans matched Reds fans in GABP even when the Reds were good and the Cubs were terrible.

I'm not sure I'd agree, but I don't have data to back up my opinion. And I have bias against them, so it's probably not worth arguing.

I've been going to 3-5 Cubs games in Cincy every season since the mid 90s. During the week might have more Reds fans, weekends rarely did...and even in the absolute worst of times for the Cubs and best for the Reds, there was still a large portion of Cubs fans. There are a bunch of Cubs fans in Indiana, Central Illinois & Northwest Ohio who take the cheaper and logistically easier route in Cincy than Wrigley.

I think you need to remove the blue hued glasses. Chicago fans always represent well, but to say they have outnumbered the Reds fans for 20+ years is just wishful thinking.
