I think he will. A lot of players like him go undrafted as a Junior but are taken as a senior because the team knows the player has little bargaining power and can sign him for under slot. Particularly if teams use their top picks on guys that will command overslot, they will then target guys like Rudy in the later rounds to make up that ground. I would be shocked (and annoyed) if he isn't drafted.
