Ohio got it done. After losing 7-1 on Friday, Ohio used a 6-run fourth inning to win Saturday 8-6. Rudy Rott hit a solo homer in the 1st and a 3-run shot to cap off the big inning. In between, a couple of Western starters turned relievers to try to win this series couldn't find the strike zone. Brett Manis was good in relief and gave up a couple of singles and then a sac bunt to start the ninth to put two in scoring position. Kutt came in and got a strikeout and a groundout to end it.

Ohio takes on No. 3 Kent State in the first round of the MAC tourney at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.
