Bobcats split with Toledo, not a terrible result but they'll need to do more than split if they want to climb into the top 4. Luckily for us, CMU & Ball St are pulling away leaving the 3 & 4 seeds within reach and a jumbled up mess of .500ish teams. Our next 2 opponents (EMU & Miami) are right in the midst of that, and we really need to find a way to win 6 of these 8. Central has won 13 in a row and head to BG next. They have established quite a rotation.
The bats had a pretty solid weekend with 29 runs scored. On the mound, Tate has struggled a bit since his hot start, while Roder just keeps getting better and Kutt remains solid. #4 slot remains an auto loss every weekend.
