Hard to argue with that. Piazza was the biggest draft "steal" ever but he didn't stick with the Dodgers.

Great story. I read this the day it came out. I was so pleased to see him give credit to Bob Wren for making him into the player that he became. I had never heard him state it so plainly. And, I was happpy to see the "good ink" that OHIO received in this story. Great story about a great Bobcat and one of the greatest MLB players of all time. The stat about the player who meant most to his team was interesting. The way they come up with baseball stats these days is mind boggling: "Coming to the plate now, folks, is the man who has the most home runs against left handed pitchers whose last name starts with 'W.'"

Gonna end up being Trout at #25.
