The San Diego Padres' trade for SS Jason Bartlett appears to be on hold due to the physical condition of one of the pitchers involved in the trade, Ps Adam Russell or Cesar Ramos, according to The San Diego Union-Tribune's Bill Center.

Here's to Adam Russell having a terrific spring training.  Going in he is on the 25 man roster, albeit, 2nd to the bottom of the bullpen, but so what. 

Wish him all the best and hopefully he comes outta that spring training with a spot in the bullpen.
