I imagine since this a game before the first MAC weekend, that Carbone will let about 7 - 9 pitchers throw, and get a bunch of guys in the field to try to get some reps in.  I would think that  none of the weekend starting pitchers will be throwing.

Ohio looked good last night on a perfect night for baseball. It looked as though Carbone wanted to give a lot of players some work so we saw 7 pitchers, 2 catchers and then a host of other replacements. Duke stayed with their starter until he was reliieved late in the game. Ohio took advantage of most of the opportunities presented them (walks and the one error int he 9th) while leaving a boatload of Duke runners stranded on base. A beautiful night with no jacket needed rounded out a very nice evening on the Duke campus! Go CATS!
