Marc traded to the Astros.  Should be a good opportunity.  Arizona was stacked with Organizational Depth in the outfield.

True...  Houston's not stacked anywhere and moving to the AL next year will give him a chance at a part-time DH role when he's not playing outfield.

Yup...a great move for Krauss' major league chances.  Also Krauss along with Borchering seems like a really good return for Chris Johnson.

Agreed.  Better opportunity for him.  But, won't be able to own him next year as my fantasy league is NL only.  Bummer.

Krauss has been raking with the Hooks. 5 HR in 5 games and 15 RBI. Only 4 Ks an 3 BBs. He may get a look in September if they can find a spot for him on the 40 man..

He just needs to figure out lefties.

There's room on many roster for LF power bats to platoon or pinch hit. Eric Hinske has made a solid career out of it.

Krauss bumped up to AAA Oklahoma City. Went 1-3 with an RBI and BB in his debut. Astros just need to make room on the 40 man for him and the Bobcats will have a new Major Leaguer soon.

I saw Marc hit a mammoth home run here in Mobile right before he was traded. He was in the mix for Southern League MVP this year.
