Will get to see the Bobcats playing in the irish Classic this weekend in NC.  Any other Bobcats in the area?

Ugh. Not pretty today. I will say VT looks good hitting. they came in hitting .326 and kept it up today.

No offense today either - 2 hits. They are obviously struggling at hitting. Was nice to see a few fellow Ohio fans here.

Not as cold as I thought it would be either, particularly when the clouds didn't block the sun. Now if we can just get the hitting block off maybe we can win tomorrow! I too, enjoyed seeing several other Ohio fans there.

The Bobcats really battled today, but lost 7-6. Had 10 hits, 3 official errors, and plenty of chances to win this one. Not a paid baseball coach, but am wondering about some of the strategy in this one. Would love to know why we bunted so much. Just wondering .

I also wondered about all the bunting. One player in particular, I am told, has a bad back and that's why he was bunting two at bats in a row with two outs each time. It was nice to meet Amy (from the athletice dept, who has a son on the team) and Mark Dean. Both very nice people and I left thinking Ohio is lucky to have them!

I had someones grandad two rows in front of me. I sat in the back bleachers in the last row. I agree, some real nice people that are Ohio fans!

Average of 2.9 runs per 9 innings and been shut-out 3 times.  Has to get better, hopefully warming weather will heat those bats.

It's amazing how they have been shut out three times. Back about 10-15 years ago, a college baseball team would have to try to get shut out because the bats were so powerful.
