Its all Boeh's Fault

I haven't been to a game in some time, so I don't know the answer to this.  Is there a reason Tyler Emody doesn't play more?

As a freshmen he hit .299 with 174 at bats while getting 44 starts.  Seemed like he possibly had a great career ahead of him.

Last year, he got 13 at bats.  This year he has only had 29 at bats (while hitting .345).

If the Bobcats weren't 12-33 and if they weren't hitting .259 as a team, I wouldn't say anything.  But seems to me, whoever they are playing isn't really working out.

Does anyone know?  Again, I'm just reading the stat sheet and looking at it wondering why.

TAYLOR Emody suffered a torn Pateller Tendon while running out a ground ball against Oakland.  He was leading the team in several offensive categories at the time.  He has applied for a medical redshirt and should return for 2 more years of eligibility.  He has had PRP treatments ( Platelet Rich Plasma )  and is currently waiting for enough healing to begin a running and hitting program.  There was no reason for the lack of playing time during his Sophomore year.
